Here is a welcome sign located on the TCH #2 highway at the eastern entrance to our fair City.
I have decided to run for councilor for ward 5 in the city of Summerside, PEI. I will contact the local papers tomorrow to make an official announcement than its of door to door to visit all the homes in the ward. I understand there are about 900 homes & apartments I have to visit. The election is held on November 6'th so I will be starting next week on my visits. I have put together a brochure on things I have observed over the last few years at coffee shops & conversations I have had with residents of the city on changes they would like to see made to make our city a great place to live. On Nov 6 we will find out if the majority of voters in ward 5 agree with the list.
